This is really cool idea!!! Your extraordinary idea is aimed at teenagers, right? Nowadays,shopping online is one of the most popular way to shop because of its convenience. And sometimes teenagers don't wanna hang out but find nothing to do, they will surf in the internet. Almost every teenagers are Facebook or twitter's users, they will see your company's production and be attracted by the T-shirt. However, your company must have be wildly advertised at first. You can find your friends to help you.

In addition, i suggest you to imitate converse's tactics, they provide a service: customers can design shoes by themselves so that the shoes which they wear are unique. No one wants wear the same thing as others, so you can let clients to design what they want online. Besides, you can increase the price of the T-shirts which designed by customers.

I totally agree with your extraordinary viewpoint.
Nowadays, network communications are wildly used, it cause privacy problem. However, privacy problem is the most important issue that we must focus on. Some informed thieves will get the richer's address and other information by internet. So i think your idea is pretty cool, to make a new langue for the passcode on the system to prevent people from stealing personal information or change the passcode automatically. I believe such a product will be demanded by the richer or companies.

Actually, your standpoint is the same as my thought.
As a director, you must protect customers' personal information to get faith from them. Or you will have bad reputation in public. Besides, checking up your system twice a moth and cleaning the computer system is a good way to protect clients' personal documents.
If you can run your company according to your plan and point, i believe you will achieve your dream.

It is my first time to built my own blog, to the honest, it is really a helpful experience. 


At first, i once it is not so difficult to come up a, but when i write first blog, i almost spent about an hour thinking about the idea. And the blogs which have to connect with the context we learnt in class are much harder to think about. I once thought i can't finish my blog project, but now i completely finishes this project. 


According to the comments by my classmates, i wanna make some explanations. First, i wanna built my own website of cafa shop, customers can order coffee online whatever they want to pick up in my the store or delivery. We also provide several services even clients request when the coffee should been done. Maybe i made some grammatical mistakes so that commenters were mislead by me. I wanna run several subbranches in different part of city. Because my company is aimed at students and the white collar, i will open the store near some "university town" , or downtown. Of course, we will rule that if customers want to delivery that she or he must order more than X cups of coffee, and the distance must within X kilometers. I don't think we will lose money in business with such a rule.


In addition, i completely recognize how important to relate information management and technology to entrepreneurial idea. With the knowlege of technology, all of our employees will work easily. For example, social media like Facebook and Twitter can help me to advertise my cafa shop, i don't have to employee workers to distribute leaflets. And spreadsheet is also a good partner for me. The spreadsheet formula to calculate daily total income quickly.  I can estimate when people need  coffee, and which coffee is the most popular. I can gather a lot of helpful information. Spreadsheet also is a good tool to make analysis of finical statement.  


Based on the mentioned-above, i won't think about how technology relate to real life if i did not do blogs. Even it is really hard for me, and i have to spent several hours writing blog every time, i learnt how technology really evolves a company and can change it in so many different ways.

Nowadays, computers are really important to our life. 

Every company has its own computer that belongs to finance department. I can bound computer's mac and IP. Although computer always communicate after installing IP address, but actually computers don't communicate by IP, but MAC address. Besides, IP address is easily changed, MAC address is in EEPROM. So if someone wanna change IP address to steal important information, the one will fail because mac address is wrong.

Besides, when we build a website, we should pay attention to domain and hosting. For example, i wanna run a website of cafe shop, the domain can be www.cafeshop.com. And the domain the only one, if people search www.cafashop.com, they can visit my website and look different kind of cafa. I can also put the domain to another website, customers can click the link to website.

Operating Systems

Operating systems manage hardware and software resources. It changes codes into signs and brings convenience to modern people.  Besides, apple company publish iPhone 4s these day. The most convenient system is pronunciation control. For example, when people talk to the phone "what's the weather", the phone will show the weather to the host.

When managers hold meeting, they always need a secretary to take note of what they discuss about. And the secretary have to prepare the document about the meeting main idea before meeting. However, a good secretary is hard to recruit, if a company employ a disability secretary will influence the development of the company. In addition, recruiting secretary is wasting manual labour, the company can employee a person to do anything else not just to take notes or prepare for something, it also reduce property expand.

So who should do the work that is done by secretary?There is an idea appearance in my brain because of iPhone 4s. We can design a pronunciation control system that is suit for windows and Mac OS, and the system can recognize the key word. The manager can input the key words to the system before meeting, when managers hold meeting they just have to click the button to make the system run. Then the system will record the emphasis of the meeting. It is obvious that such a system improves accurace, brings convenience and fortune. I beat such a system is needed by the most of companies.

My main point of blog is to manage the coffee shop business model and course content together. I found a professional blogger that is in the same field as entrepreneurial idea.


The blog i found is very attractive because of a variety of animated characters and a variety of colors. There also has lots of links in the website. The blog connect with some social media like Facebook, twitter and youtube. So if people visit the blog of cafa shop, people can gather more information about cafa shop by these links. Facebook's advances are critical mass and brand promotion, and twitter's advances are following interests and short messages. In fact, a large mount of people will use at least on between Facebook and twitter, so searching this blog is easily for those people who are interested in cafa shop. Besides,  there is a main introduction of cafa shop in the page.


In addition, i can watch a VCR in homepage of blog. It has connection with the field of input and output. The VCR is a performance that is shown in the cafe shop. And there is a area that post a lot of photos of customers to attack customers and make browser visitor warm and be interested in this cafa shop. The layout of homepage is the same as my thought. The builder also post the map of this cafa shop in the homepage. So that builder use GSP to search a map of cafa shop.


The builder can combine entrepreneurial idea and technology well includes hardware, input and output, social media and something else.

Input and output.

Well, according to the comment, i wanna explain that customers can order in the web and i can offer delivery. Of course, customers can find the add of my cafe shop in the web.

Input devices includes mouse, telephone, fingerboard and something else. Actually, i can add the address into the electronic map so that customer can search the add of my cafe shop with their phone. Besides, if people pay for order by debate card, they have to sigh in their name on the machine. In order to let customers feel warmer, i can take photos of customers in the cafe shop, then post them in the website and on the wall of the cake shop. RFID is convenient for colleagues to communicate at the work time.

Hardware

I always write the blog on monday, i thought i submit the blog successful last week. I am so sorry about that. I gonna submit it again.

At first, the system unit includes drive bay, power supply, sound card, video card, processor and memory.   In my opinion, i can use sound card and video card the most wildly. You know, we can attract our customers by the cafe shops' own music and video. I can create a song of my cafe shop just like MC's song, when people hear the song the will remind of my cafe shop. Besides, i can take a VCR about my cafe shop including the customers. Finally, i can store the song and VCR in the computer, i can connect my computer to the TV which is on the cafe shop by USB port. The customers will be relaxed when he or she see the video and listen to the song.

In addition, memory is important, too. Memory cache speeds he processes of the computer because it stores frequently used instructions and data. I can store the report forms, wage form. And i have to use 8GB and up RAM because i have creating professional web sites.

So learning hardware is helpful for me to consider how to run the company better.
