To connect my major, i can make a better company strategy development than Starbacks'. For example, i can built my company's own website just like Gucci's, the different is that in Gucci's website people can look for wallets or clothes, but in my cafe shop's website, people can choose different taste coffee, people can even order to add any material they want. People always will be attracted by designed website, if people can feel better service, they will always come to my cafe shop.
In addition, i will develop beneficial corporation with other company to attract more customers, and i will create ideas to add project and service.

If so, that is means that the web-shoping service provided by your company can provide buyers with more conveniences and more choices, As a result, I really what to know what is the expectations of your physical stores?

I like your idea. However, it is not easy to compete with a big well-known company like Starbucks'. Just to create a website to attract customers maybe is not enough. What I suggest is getting more opinions from Starbucks' customers and makes a better and convenient service to your customers. Maybe you can be more focus on your environment for SU student because I feel like there is a great opportunity for you to have a special cafe shop on campus. I will be glad to come over your cafe shop.
回复删除So are customers ordering online and then picking it up at the shop or are they using the website to find out about the shop and then go to it? Also please make sure that you relate the posts back to the week's lecture.
回复删除The idea is similar to online shopping. It is good for people to order coffee online, because more and more people drink coffee nowadays. So it makes us more convenient to buy coffee. But there is a problem. Some people they just stay home alone like me, and they want to order a cup of coffer. But the price they spend is less than freight. Will your company still deliver the coffee to she/him? If you don't deliver it, how can people buy your coffee?
回复删除This is a really cool idea. Friends of mine have been talking about how it would be a great business to have Starbucks be delivered to them at their dorm or class building because in the cold weather it is not preferable to walk to go get a coffee or tea. Being able to order it online and customize your taste would be a great way to have delivery coffee. Like others have mentioned it would be hard to have the drink quickly delivered before it got cold but I think there could be ways to do this like insulated cups and other things.
回复删除While coffee shops are growing in popularity these days, it is growing harder and harder for smaller companies to complete with the well-known franchises like Starbucks and Dounkin Donuts. While the idea of delivery would be really useful to people, especially those in schools or businesses, it does not seem feasible. Because coffee has to be kept very warm to be enjoyable, it does not seem that you could combine very many customers into one trip, as the added travel would make the coffee lose it's heat. If you have to only take a few orders at once, it seems as though the delivery of the coffee would cost more than the money that can be charged for one cup.
